You look like you're holding it together.
But inside, it feels much harder than you expected

Support for postpartum anxiety, overwhelm, and the quiet struggles that don’t always show on the outside.

How I help

I work with women in the postpartum period who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unlike themselves—even when everything looks “fine” on the outside.

Our work is focused on helping you understand what’s happening internally, reduce the intensity of anxiety and emotional overwhelm, and begin to feel more grounded, steady, and like yourself again.

You don’t have to keep pushing through or figuring this out on your own. Therapy can give you space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and move through this season with more support and clarity.
