Postpartum Psychologist
Support for postpartum anxiety, overwhelm, and the quiet struggles that don’t always show on the outside.
The postpartum period is often described as joyful, meaningful, and full of connection.
And sometimes, it is.
But it can also feel overwhelming, uncertain, and emotionally intense in ways you didn’t expect, and may not feel easy to explain to others. You might find yourself constantly thinking about what could go wrong, feeling pressure to do everything “right,” or struggling to quiet your mind even when you’re exhausted.
Even when things look “fine” from the outside, internally it can feel like you’re working incredibly hard just to keep up.
Many women in the postpartum period feel like what they’re experiencing doesn’t fully match what they expected, or what others seem to be going through.
The anxiety, emotional shifts, and constant mental load can feel isolating, even when you have support around you.
Our work isn’t about quickly fixing or minimizing what you’re feeling. It’s about creating space to understand it, steady it, and move through this season with more clarity and support.
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in reproductive and postpartum mental health. My work focuses on supporting women through emotionally complex transitions, especially when things don’t feel the way they “should.”
I offer a thoughtful, structured space to make sense of what you’re experiencing, without pressure to fix it quickly or push it away.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unlike yourself during the postpartum period, you don’t have to carry that alone.
Ways I can support you include:
• Postpartum Anxiety
• Intrusive Thoughts
• Emotional Overwhelm
• Identity & Transition to Motherhood
• Support After Fertility or IVF
